Designed with walkability and connectivity in mind, this 600+ acre master-planned community features high-density, pedestrian-focused single-family homes, multi-family residences, hotels, and retail spaces. With thoughtfully designed parks and open spaces, Painted Prairie has earned both local and national recognition as a Community of the Year.
With approximately 50% of the community completed and 70% in various stages of design and development, Walls Planning + Design plays a key role in shaping its future. Our team provides conceptual planning, lotting studies for upcoming residential phases, and design project management for parks and open spaces, ensuring a well-balanced, sustainable, and vibrant community for over 3,000 future residents.
