Walls Planning + Design was engaged to deliver a Master Plan lotting study featuring a mix of 0.125-acre, 0.25-acre, and 1-acre front-loaded single-family lots. Our team conducted a comprehensive zoning and code analysis, designed an efficient street network to integrate with existing infrastructure, and developed an open space strategy that maximizes site potential. We also provided detailed lotting takeoffs and high-quality renderings to streamline pre-application and rezoning approvals, ensuring a smooth entitlement process.
